I am getting the following error when starting Windows XP.  It began after I did an Avast scan for viruses.  Most people that receive this error also have Windows shut down. I do not get this.  Below are details for the error.

LSA Shell (Export Version)encountered aproblem and needs to close.

The following files will be included in this report to Mircrosoft

Maybe you could follow Vlk's instructions here http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=33616.msg281371#msg281371 to make a dump of lsass.exe.
