Penetration testing Google tool...ghdb
« on: March 07, 2008, 11:51:38 PM »
Hi malware fighters,

After the Goolag toolbar we mentioned in another posting, this also came out:
http://www.gnucitizen.org/ghdb/application.htm
GHDB is a HTML/JavaScript wrapper application that uses advance JavaScript techniques from Goolag.

We long knew that experienced searchers were far more dangerous than hackers. Your Google search engine sure can do evil as well, GNUCITIZEN members fall back to IT security very often, since this is what they can do best. However, they have other creative project on the line as well. Currently they concentrate their efforts on the Web2.0 sphere. They find it a very fascinating thing to work on.
So I write this posting in Pocketflock 1.1.B,

Are you in for a Firefox pentesting tool, use FreCAT (some 60 add-ons): http://www.security-database.com/toolswatch/FireCAT-Firefox-Catalog-of,232.html

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!
