Can I delete these files...?

These two files infected with trojan gen is in the chest. Can I safely delete them?

audiocntl.exe in C:\WINDOWS\system32
wnk8.exe in C:\Documents and settings\Morten\Lokale indstillinger\Temp

Just a tip for next time :)
Trojans don't replicate itself (ok some of them protect themselfs,but they don't replicate in the right meaning of the word) and they don't infect other files. They just deploy themself into some folder. Whenever you encounter virus that has [Trj] tag in the end,you can simply delete it,because entire file is just a trojan and not infected system file.
