I am a new user. Seems I am infected with the named
virus! Not sure what to do. Am I supposed to delete
file, repair it or what? Don't want to cause any more
damage. I am not very computer literate, so please
explain in a way that a dummy can understand.

Hi,
please enter KUANG into the boardsearch above, and you will see, that it is just a false alarm (you have unencrypted PANDA AntiVirus-files on your PC)
-> harmless

So if this "Virus" is a false alarm, do I need to take
any action at all? Do I just leave it in the chest or can
I delete it, or ty to repair it. or not worry about it?

You can't repair it... as for the rest, it's up to you. You can safely ignore it. If it's a useless file (data files left by some Panda tool that you don't use anymore), you can simply delete it.
