Avast Pro Settings!

I'm going to give this version a run.I haven't used Avast in quite a while and would the default settings be fine?I'm running Vista and Windows Mail and i'm not using proxy.I'm a rookie so don't be to hard on me!

The default should be good to start testing.
You can let the Standard Shield level at Normal, the best balance between performance and protection. This is the default level.
If you need further help, after getting used with avast, feel free.
