Is the "Current scanner status with %" only available with 4.8 beta? The scanner status with 4.7 is "running"

If I demand a scan manually the session shows all the progress information, it is just with the scheduled that I don't see a continuing progress, but Tech says it is there, I will have to see the next scheduled scan tonight.
