Detectados virus, eliminados y ahora mensajes de error de windows

Buenas,

Me ocurre que en 2 pcs con win xp sp2, estando los usuarios correspondientes trabajando de forma normal, el avast detecto virus. Se le indico para desinfectar y luego eliminar en caso de no poder hacerlo.

El antivirus notifico que habia eliminado el virus.... no recuerdo cuales eran ya que por error borramos los logs.

Ahora, cuando ese usuario arranca el pc con su perfil, aparecen varios mensajes de error haciendo referencia a dlls en la carpeta temp del usuario .


¿Alguna idea?

Well, I have two pc with windows xp sp2. Working dialy, avast detected virus and deleted the infected file because the file could not be desinfected...all right but, since that, when this user, no other, starts his/her windows session, dll error are shown.

The virus came from internet, not detected by our dansguardiand/clamav antivirus. The error message speaks about an dll error at user´s internet temp dir where the viruses where located and detected.

are there any damages at the pc made by the viruses???

Ponnos un log del hijackthis. Tienes en el registro de inicio programas q ya no se pueden iniciar porque han sido eliminados. Estos programas eran virus. Debes borrar esas entradas de inicio.

Estate tranquilo, si es en la carpeta de temporales, no hay naingún archivo del sistema tocado o eliminado. Tiene solución.
