Win32: Trojan-gen (need help, I'm computer retarded)

Um, It keeps popping up that I have this virus. I click repair and it doesn't work. So, how should I get rid of this? I'm not taht good with computers, so can someone help me without confusing me?

I guess puting it in quarantine or delete it is the only solution  :(
