Windows ME !!!!!

 ;D Running new Avast 4.8.
Windows ME (Trying to set up Rootkit Thing)
In program settings, I do not have an: "Enhanced inter face setting" is this correct for Windows ME  also ? Where can i get a list of yes/No's for Windows ME ?

1. There are limitation on what avast processes you can use with winME, they are usually greyed out.

2. The advanced User Interface isn't in the Program Settings (but from the Simple User Interface menu) and is only available with the Pro version.

I don't know if the rootkit module works in winME as the stand alone anti-rootkit tool we beta tested doesn't work in win98, so the same restriction is probably in winME.

Home version does not have Enhanced interface (as it is the Pro version).
Antirootkit is for Windows NT (2k/XP/Vista).

I assume they are related to Trillian an IM program, but without any information, like filename and file type, I can only assume and not say for sure.
