WordPerfect 8 macros

Avast 4 won't allow my Wrodperfect 8 macros to run (win 98SE), when I terminate the macros, Wordperfect crashes. All works fine when run w/o Avast.

Jeff,

can you describe in detail what steps should I follow to reproduce the problem on my computer? Can you send me the document(s) causing the crash of WordPerfect?

this was on my wife's pc
I'm sorry to say I've been so busy that I've not played with it since
On my pc, which has a similar set up, things seem to work ok
