ADNM and for example SAP on one server

Hi,
Can You tell me what is better and safely.
Client has Windows 2003 with SQL and software to control all company (SAP for examply).
He want install ADNM on it and it's better and safelty install second MSQL or just use instaled MSQL with second base?

Is that SBS 2003? if so, you have to install the version with MSDE because SBS Premium requires all Premium technologies are installed on the same computer. The only way you can use the non-MSDE version is if you are installing it on a separate SQL server than the OS resides. (found this out the hard way, as the instructions were not very clear)
