Reastarting scan from where it was when system closed

As a new user to Avast home (free edition) I am impressed with the speed and light resources used having put my faith in AVG over many years.
Is it possible to restart the scan from the same position in the filing system that it was up to when the computer is closed down.
Regards

Only with the screensaver module you can restart a scanning at the 'last point' and not after booting.
If you just sleep your computer, then the scanning should continue when it wakes up.
