Problem with Standard Shield Setting

My Standard Shield settings keeps reverting back to the "Normal" setting instead of "High."  I set it to "High" and reboot and it's back to "Normal" again.

I know it is not the solution but, if you choose Customize and mark all options that you want, so you won't see it coming back to 'Normal'.
I think this is a bug into the Simple User Interface. When you have the Pro version this does not occur...  ::)
