after I installed the Online Armor, I cannot connect to internet / not detect WiLan connection.
Im using firefox and I see that the firefox.exe is not in the list of allowed or blocked.
how to make it appear in the list and connect to the internet?

The firewall should ask. You will also have to ensure aswebsv.exe is allowed along with avast.setup. Ashmaisv.exe is for the mail provider, it too will need access once the infection is gone.

I've allowed both aswebsv.exe and Ashmaisv.exe, but still cannot connect to the internet.

is it OK if I download the ComboFix in different computer then move through flashdisk to my infected laptop?

You could do that. Or uninstall Oa and turn windows firw wall back on. There will be logs, so iy may be a hassle going back and forth.

Is Online Armor reliable???

Since my infected laptop cannot connect to the internet, I use my PC. Both I installed Online Armor! But now my PC hang, cannot enter to Windows XP AT ALL!

I installed OA yesterday and everything OK. But now Its shows a blue screen. And that theres memory error, and Unmount_bootable_device. And uninstall the last installed program (which is OA!) in safe mode. But I cannot ENTER TO SAFE MODE! Its stuck everytime shows windows loading picture.

What is the solution for This?
Now my laptop and PC face problem!

My laptop after running the combofix, cannot appear back the on-access realtime monitoring avast! How to make it appear? It disappear somewhere!
Now my computer connect to the internet without ANY protection.

If my Online Armor on, I cannot connect to the internet at all!

Please HELP!

Help to resolve this soonest! I cannot be more patiaent.

I cannot run the combofix until log. when it finnish scanning, then its restart by it self, log in to windows, running all the OA, avast, etc and STUCK!

any other solution?

Please post the combofix log from your laptop. It will be at c:\combofix.txt. Do not run combofix again.

Yes combofix will create a log after it reboots the system. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the logging to complete. What you have posted is an incomplete log as if combofix was closed or interupted.

Let's try a different tool.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt  -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
Please note: some firewalls may warn that sigcheck.exe is trying to access the internet - please ensure that you allow sigcheck.exe permission to do so.
