Can Someone Look At My Hijackthis Log ?

Hi Guys ,
            I recently switched from KIS 7 to Avast 4.8 (free) & Comodo Firewall Pro 3.0 and i like both programs a lot . I wanted to make sure that everything was ok on my system during the switch . I ran a Hijackthis scan and would like someone more knowledgeable than me to take a look at it and see if there are any issues .

  are "connected" with the Browser Plugin for "Norton Confidental"; unless you
  have already purchased this, it would be wise to look into "Finjan", available
  at http://securebrowsing.finjan.com/index.html .

  The log does not mentioned WHICH SPECIFIC Version of Adobe Reader !?
  Since this program is under increasing malware "attack", we recommend
  looking into switching to the "safer" "Foxit Reader", with Info available
  at www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php .

  And for antispyware/antitrojan protection, we usually recommend the FREE
  Ver of "SUPERAntiSpyware" from www.superantispyware.com .

            No having any problems , just wanted to post one and make sure i have no extra junk installed that i don't need ! spiritsongs you mentioned that i have

I use to use norton , but don't any more . This may be some remnants of it . Do i need to fix or remove them ?

Also i use Adobe Reader 8 , not sure why it doesn't say so in the log ? 

I had Superantispyware installed when i was using Kaspersky internet security 7.0 , but unistalled it when i installed Avast 4.8 and Comodo Firewall Pro 3.0 , because i didn't think i needed it with Avast's spyware detection now ?

 "Norton Confidental" is supposed to be their "Identity Theft Protection-
  AntiPhishing" program, that costs $49.99 ; does this sound familiar !?

 When you "uninstalled" Norton in the Past, did you ever run their "Removal
 Tool", One of which is available at
 www.majorgeeks.com/Norton_Removal_Tool_SymNRT_d4749.html  !?

 Since you do NOT seem to have the "Norton Confidental" program itself, it
 would seem wise to get rid of its "Plugin", either by using the "Removal Tool"
 or by having HJT "fix" those 2 Entries and the Other Symantec Entry
 ( "O2 - BHO: Symantec Intrusion Prevention - {6D53EC84-6AAE-4787-AEEE-F4628F01010C " ) .

 Many of the regular "Helpers" on this Forum, including me, use BOTH Avast
 AND SUPERAntiSpyware ; should also consider "disabling" the built-in
 "Windows Defender" .

 Many "Regulars" on this Forum recommend NOT using Real Player, because
 of security concerns; we recommend "Real Alternative" as a "replacement" .

 Lastly, your Sun Java program is One "Update/Version" behind, a minor
 security concern; recommend you uninstall it, then go to
 www.majorgeeks.com/download4648.html for the latest . Should ONLY have
 One "Version/Update" of Sun Java on a computer, for security purposes .

                    I have done as you suggested and fixed the three programs you mentioned using hijackthis .
Also,

Uninstalled realplayer
Installed superantispyware
Updated Sun Java

You also suggested disabling Windows Defender , but how do you do that ?

 To "disable" or "turn OFF" Windows Defender, try using the "process"
 explained at www.vista4beginners.com/How-to-disable-Windows-Defender .

 We usually recommend NOT having SUPERAntiSpyware running at StartUp ;
 IF you would like to do likewise, on the main GUI, click "Preferences" & when
 the "General and StartUp" menu appears, "uncheck" the Settings
 "Start SUPERAntispyware when Windows starts" and/or "Show
  SUPERAntispyware icon in system tray" .

 IF you want Quicktime on your computer, make sure it stays Updated as
 quickly as possible; for this purpose you MIGHT want to consider using the
 Online Scanner at http://secunia.com/software_inspector on a frequent
 basis !?
