Win32:NcaseSpy virus

I have a trojan in my temporary internet files. The name of the file is c:\_Restore\Temp\A0039605.Cpy   i have tried to repair and delete the file but it will not work can anyone tell me how to get rid of it please !!!!!!!

Disable system restore.  That will do it.

How do you disable system restore? I have the same virus, and it is crashing my computer every 10 minutes. Its a freakin killer.... I have used avast to delete the virus, but it won't work... PLEASE..... any help/suggestions????

whats up? this is my first time in a forum, not sure of how to do this. I am having same issue too.  please let me know if you get the answer..
