In attempt to Avast products to provide anti virus protection to one SBS Server and several workstations, I downloaded SBS Edition from the Avast web site and purchased a license for the requisite number of workstations. Only later in this forum based on others experiences did I learn I should have purchased a license for SBS Suite.
Uhm, why is SBS Suite not listed on your web site? Only SBS Edition is shown.
I now have a license for SBS Edition that you refuse to provide a refund so that I can get the correct license. It seems that I am being financially punished for a web site that is not clear in presenting product choices and for my not being clairvoyant enough to select the proper license.
It is extremely disappointing to see a company that depends on continued customer loyalty in purchasing renewal licenses would engage in a practice of buyer beware based on an ambiguous web site.
