In my case, what I did was find out all the randomly spawning DLLs, and then run VundoFix. It may pick out the vermin, but if it doesn't, add the said dll files to the VundoFix remove list:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: yayxusqr - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yayxusqr.dll
