aswmon2 driver
« on: May 21, 2008, 07:37:46 AM »
I get blue screen with codes 0x00000F7 and ox0000000A, I've analyzed the dump with Windbg and it tells me it's aswmon2 driver that makes these BSOD. What can I do? I have Avast free edtion and Windows Xp home edition.
Thank you very much for the help.

Use the kb (Display Stack Backtrace) debugger command to get a stack trace.
The last routine on the stack before the buffer overrun handlers and bug check call is the one that overran its local variable.
Is that also from avast?

Do you or did you have any other av installed? If so, which one?
Is your system fully up-to-date?
