StartWithSkin   1   Enable ActiveSkin (an 3rd party library used by avast for skinning). To disable skins (workaround mode), set it to 0.
Is that it? :D
Wait... I'm checking...

Please modify your post as it has numerous blank lines after the last line of text. this makes the post huge and requires scrolling.
Still not a clue on how to correct it!

Click the Modify button in the post, navigate to the end of the visible text and position the mouse cursor there. Press these keys together, Shift+Ctrl+End (this select all lines from the cursor to the end of your post), now press Delete that will delete all the blank lines.

Ok! Many thanks! Good to know (but we won't have this problem in AVAST 5, as there is no skin but ONE GUI). ;)
