need problem solving advice

hi
i had the port 25 is busy problem so i changed outlook settings to port 26,
that did not work. then i uninstalled avast. after the reinstall i get these 3 error
messages.

of avast4.ini file you can change the
Database
value to change the driver form VRDB (database for virus recovering) from
ODBC
to
XML
. Mostly concerning
storage
and
databases
problems may be related to the database drivers that could be downloaded from
www.microsoft.com/data
.
