Hey guys,
I just checked my Avast Chest and I have 4 files under "System Files" (Kernel32.dll(x2), wsock.dll and winsock.dll) in there and they have no virus type listed next to them either.
What are these files doing in there, are they infected?

Any info would be awesome!

Heres a Screenshot.

No they are not infected. But i'm confused why you have 2 Kernel32.dll.

its not a virus !! it's just a copy of the original one in your OS.

if a virus destroy the original one,you can restore your backup in your chest.

No, they're there for backup purposes.

But i'm confused why you have 2 Kernel32.dll.
It was updated in 2007. The last three versions are kept there ;)

Probably the original one had been updated by service pack installation, or some Microsoft hotfix.
