How do I burn the Bart CD Setup file to a CD?
« on: April 30, 2009, 10:13:39 PM »
As you might of noticed, I'm trying to get a school to use Avast: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=44656.0#top
So I was wondering how to burn the Bart CD Setup file to a CD so I can bring it to the school and if I should tell them to uninstall Mcafee first or not. So can you help me on how to burn a CD and if I have to tell them to remove Mcafee. (I don't think they will like removing Mcafee...)

The BART CD is no normal antivirus!
You can't install it on any PC - the BART CD works before you enter windows... it has some nice stuff which is used to clean an infected/repair a damadged/.../... PC
but its not for everyday use!

If you want to create a BART CD you first need a license (i think 10-day test-licenses are available) and download the installation file... run the installation file which extracs some files to your pc --> when you then start the files on your pc the "cd creator" gives you the possiblity to build a CD if you enter the license...
