Spam is being sent through my email.

The other day a "friend" sent me what appeared to be a zip file of pictures and it was some sort of virus that just at random times tries to send hundreds of spam email.  I have tried using avast to find it but no luck Symantec gives me over a hundred  notices that I am send a email that can not be sent.   I know it was dumb.  I consider myself pretty computer savy.  I dont know what I was thinking.  Here is my log. EDIT: And having two AV's installed is not a good idea.

I suggest:

1. Disable System Restore and reenable it after step 3.
2. Clean your temporary files.
3. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on. If avast does not detect it, you can try DrWeb CureIT! instead.
4. Use SUPERantispyware, MBAM or Spyware Terminator to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete than.
5. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest avast! antirootkit or Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
6. Make a HijackThis log to post here or, better, submit the RunScanner log to to on-line analysis.
7. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster or Windows Advanced Care.
8. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

What was the result from VirusTotal?

Assuming the file is confirmed as bad, you will need to take some steps to disable and remove it.

If you intend to use avast!, you need to uninstall Symantec. That usually entails using the Symantec removal tool for the particular version you installed.

OK, thanks. Although nothing detects this, I still think its malware, but it must be a new variant.

There is no pint beginning other scan, as nothing detects it.

I'll post some removal instructions.

ezlptdll.exe is running as a service. To stop/disable the service:

Click "Start" > "Run" and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit "Ok".

Click the "Extended" tab.

Scroll down and find the service called Service: Creative Labs Licensing (daue4jra)
Click once on the service to highlight it.

Click "Stop".

Right-click on the service.

Click on "Properties".

Select the "General" tab.

Click the Arrow-down tab on the right-hand side on the "Start-up Type" box.

From the drop-down menu, click on "Disabled".

Click "Apply", then "OK".

To delete the service, follow the instructions here but enter the following as the service name:

daue4jra

After rebooting, fix these entries in HijackThis! (if present) and reboot again:

OK I did what you said about deleting the service and fix it i Hijack.  I haven't noticed anymore problems but we will see.  Thank you guys so much for your help I really appreciate it!

Please repeat the following steps. Mention anything that doesn't go as expected below:
