Blocking URL under Windows Vista

Under Vista, with Avast! 4.8 Home, how to make for not That Avast does open a window Internet with each message of blocking on a URL, that I asked him to block?     ???

Set 'Silent Mode' into WebShield Advanced tab of settings.
The connection will be automatically closed when avast detects an infected site.
