Can you copy them elsewhere and upload from there?
Can you upload booting in Safe Mode?
Can you remove the blocking with Unlocker?

File was ctpopup.exe from HauteSecure softwarehttp://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=37062.0 but I removed it in safe mode with Malwarebytes' File ASSASSIN. I don't think it would have been possible to upload it in safe mode since there is no internet. May be I should have tried to compress it in safe mode. So far, I had no answer to this thread from HauteSecure which makes me suspicious but couldn't detect any wrong doing... ::)

The Internet will be there if you choose Safe Mode with Networking.
Unlocker could do the same job of File Assassin (probably).

Ok. Many thanks!! Point is I'm desperately (???) trying to know if HauteSecure with its ctpopup.exe file is worth naming "safe-secure software" for internet users. Since we don't have anymore DrWeb antivirus link checker in FF3.0.1 it would be great if they would dare answering me on email but so far nop. ::)
