resident provider loss from 5 to 2

Hi, My resident protection has gone from 5 providers to 2 I use instant messaging and its not being covered now and not even listed. How do i get the original 5 providers back? Thank you, izinxo

When did this happened? Have you installed/uninstalled or changed any software on your PC? Or you have maybe checking avast! entry in Add-Remove Programs?

Try restarting machine,if this doesn't work,use Repair function (go to Add-Remove Programs and select  Change/Remove button).
