AAVM Scanning warning/error?

what does this mean?

7/25/2008 9:53:46 AM   SYSTEM   1600   AAVM - scanning warning: x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx: http://techrepublic.com.com/html/tr/dice/dice_300x250_techrepublic.swf (C:\Windows\TEMP\_avast4_\unp193620100.tmp) returning error, 0000A413.

why was it unable to scan this website?

If you search the board for 0000A413 keyword, will any thread help on troubleshooting?
