Would you know how to remove the malware msupdte.exe?

post that Malware bytes anit malware log back here with a new hjt

i did the malware bytes scan and found the backdoor, msupdte.exe. i deleted it but i am not sure if it's enough. also, the registry key i removed. anyways, when i restarted, it does not appear anymore.

i'll attach both text files then just to check. btw, the ranch rush game i uninstalled after the scan.
