malware on msupdte.exe.. please help me!

hello. this pops up when i startup windows!

The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.

i'll just attach the main.txt of the DSS results. there were no extra.txt when i ran it. the file exceeds 10000 character limit.

i did the malware bytes scan and found the backdoor, msupdte.exe. i deleted it but i am not sure if it's enough. also, the registry key i removed. anyways, when i restarted, it does not appear anymore.

i'll attach both text files then just to check. btw, the ranch rush game i uninstalled after the scan.
