Please answer about no action funtion on virus found screen.

I want Disable no action or before push must have enter password because I am not want another push this action.
How I do ?

It's not possible.
Why exactly do you want to do that? ["No action" might actually mean something else than you think]

You are no understand me.
Yes it damage if click no action but can't stop someone from it?
If someone want use program is have virus and he click no action or ignore?
I ok for shutdown but I don't  someone start or install virus program.

"No action" means that the file will be kept, but it will not be allowed to start anyway.
