Unable to connect to server
« on: April 09, 2004, 10:32:27 AM »
Is there a problem with the update server because, for the last 24 hours I've received the following message when auto update runs.
the server is inaccessible because of a network error or maintenance.
 - your HTTP proxy settings are incorrect.
 - your network settings are incorrect.
 - your firewall isn't set to full internet access for program "avast*.setup"
I've not changed any of my settings at all and it was working properly before.

Sorry, you were right. Some how I blocked Avast setup from connecting to the internet.  :)
Just don't understand how that happened.
I think I'll run Avast just to make sure something hasn't got in and alters my system.
