Trojan that changes your dialer to *.OLD

HI , i have a problam with my XP >
my adsl dialer has been changed to ADSL.OLD and a new dialer was made without user name and password  but with a dial number to Over seas.. ( 008002232....somthing.. )
once i created a new dialer it works fine till the next i restart my machine and then - i get the new dialer again ....


what do i do ? and what is it ?

try to do some scanning with avast....

also try some online scanners if necessary...

not forgetting spyware tools too...

THanks for the advise but none of these things is wokring..
i scanned my pc with AVAST , and scanned it with SPYBOT and ADAWARE .... nothing...
everytime i restart - the dialer becomes *.old and a new one with the phone numer 0080.... is being created again...

if someone knows something about it - i'd be happy to hear....

Run I free online virus checking call HouseCall to double check if Avast hasn't missed a virus.
