Look in the screenshot you posted, or in your system tray at the bottom right of the screen. It's represented by the castle with the green tick, IIRC.
Did you not install this yourself?
(from an admin account)  first exit system protect by right clicking the icon, then click "Start>all programs.system protect>uninstall".
Should work. Let me know if you have problems.

it's windows defender and no i didn't install it myself it came with it already installed

You're telling mme that the three turret castle icon beside the "scotty" symbol is Windows Defender?
If that's the case, disregard what I posted.
Looks remarkably like the System protect icon.

The redirection?  I never get it in Opera because I have automatic redirection enabled.
