It is a kind of Adware: http://doxdesk.com/parasite/KeenValue.html

You could try to delete the file in safe mode, or just kick it out the startups by using Hijackthis or Windows MSconfig and delete it after restart.

But you should try Spybot security.kolla .de and Adaware www.lavasoft.de to get rid of the other Spyware which the downloader maybe allread downloaded

also it will help to disable system restore and then reboot and have avast do a boot time scan
then run an on-line scanner like trend micro
make sure you do what raman said....maybe even spyware blaster too
are you using outhouse ....err outlook? Find out how to be safe. See: http://www.tomsterdam.com/insideoe/
Are you using AVG as a backup? I have read that you should have only one AV at a time running.

My computer has contracted the same virus.  I am using Windows NT.  Where do we go from here?

Tried Spybot and Adaware? Otherwise delete the file in windows Save mode, or post a hijackthis log http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/
