Incorrectly told Avast is out of date?

Hi, not sure if this is right place to post but need some help.

Last week I had a message pop up from Windows Security Center saying that my virus protection was out of date so I went onto the Avast! website and got a new licence key which shut WSC up. Today though, I got exactly the same pop up from WSC even though it says my liscence key is valid until 1/12/09. I'm using Avast! vers. 4.8 Home Edition, is there any updates I need for the program or is WSC just lying to me

I suppose you're system time and date were wrong, weren't they?
Only Moderators delete topics.

Actually no, I just clicked on "Download Updates"  Kind of obvious really wasn't it haha.

You can set for them to be automatically downloaded. Check the proper options in the Update (Basic) and (Connections) pages of Program Settings.
