It is just to test whether your scroll is slow, if you and bob3160 and I do not have that problem so much the better,

I've only found my scroll to be slow in Firefox when I am using the Microsoft ATI Radeon HD2600 drivers for my graphics card instead of the ones from ATI.  Then my scroll is slow mainly when scrolling through embedded flash and things of that nature.. like on youtube.  After installing the ATI made drivers everything goes smoothly.
