I am having a problem with my Web Workplace and Reporting Service on Windows SBS 2003. I've tracked it down to when I swapped the virus software from TrendMicro to the Avast SBS Suite.
I have gone through all of the checks to make sure Web Workplace and Reporting Service are set up properly. I also sifted through the Microsoft newsgroups to see if there were other checks I could do and I completed several others, but it's still not working.
The problem is the same wether I am outside the network trying to access it from home or if I am inside the network at the office. The Reporting Service sends me the regular e-mails, but when I try to open them I only get "Service Unavailable". With the Web Workplace, when I try to connect to it I get the same "Service Unavailable" message.
I have tried turning the Avast On-Access Protection off on both the server and the client, but I get the same message.
Any suggestions?
