Short answer is NO as chest is encrypted and can only be accessed by Avast

Long answer is to create a folder usually called "suspect" somewhere you can find it
C:\suspect is usually suggested
then open Chest and export the baddie to C:\suspect and scan there
you can also go online to Virustotal and upload the baddie from C:\suspect
post the report if hits found
delete the baddie from c:\suspect when you are done so you do not get constant hits
the chances of it being activated in this odd place are slim

I extracted the files out of the chest to a folder and as soon as I placed them there Avast wanted to delete them so I could not scan them with another program.

You will need to add the folder to the exclusion list of standard shield, to do this click on the A ball in the system tray, click detail, click on standard shield, click on customize, then advanced, then add the path to the folder your going to use such as  C:\suspect  . go back and remove this entry after your done.

Lets not lose site of the fact that avast 'doesn't' want to delete anything, it alerts and gives you a number of options, 'delete' being only one. No action being another, but you must first create the exclusion as already mentioned or pause the standard shield whilst you move it. But you would still need to apply the exclusion as mentioned.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

sorry about missing the exclude part
but
do you have something in your avast chest?

what is it?
complete path if you can

we might want to see if it has any hidden friends
post up the virustotal results when you get them
