Some kind of internet crasher?

I was online today and there been this thing on comp. I'm not sure why but it says "dr something debugger has had an error" and it has that windows thing and it also crashes my internet explorer do you know how to get rid of this?

I think I have an idea of what you're speaking about but what was the "something" of "dr something?"

Also, what version of Windows and Internet Explorer are you running?

If you are using Windows NT/2000/XP, you can try shutting the service down...
