How hard is to delete a desktop shortcut really? I never bothered with that even though it's auto created. Shift+Del and it's gone forever.

How hard is it to make desktop shortcut creation an installer option really?  Lots of software installers do.  The fact that Avast's doesn't makes it inferior to some of its users.  A lackadaisical attitude about little things like this makes unnecessary work for users, which is not what software should do.

The fact that there is an easy workaround to a bug does not make the bug cease to exist.

I'm just providing some suggestions for easy ways to improve an already good product.
