Firewall?

The Avast4 free edition has Network Shield, P2P shield and things.


I am playing a very minor game which after i installed Avast, i can no longer connect online mode. I think the Network Shield or P2P shield is blocking it. I don't have any other firewall and all of the ports are open, so Avast would be the reason left.

I do not have a virus. I have recently reinstalled XP, and i don't go to porn sites and untrustable sites.

Well, avast just scan and does not block... Why P2P will interfere will your gaming I can't see... Network Shield is not a firewall either.

I meant all the ports required to play the game.
