Removing/deleting IE7 addon

Please see attached .jpg file. How can I remove/delete an addon from IE7? The delete button is greyed.

hi !
you can remove it by using Hijackthis, you have to be an expert to remove the line which show and contain this add-on.

You can also try selecting the disable selection on the bottom right.
After that's accomplished see if you can then remove it.  (Worth a try)
