I can not connect to internet

When Web Scanner is on in Windows services I can not connect to internet. I have not firewall, Windows XP Service Pack 3. When I turn off Web Scanner I can connect to internet. What is wrong with Avast Web Scanner ?

Any other antivirus installed, now or previously? If there was, how'd you uninstall it?

Weird uh? XP firewall shouldn't block WebShield...
Are you changing the way of WebShield starts into the services? The default is 'Manual'.
Any other security program that could interfere?

But I find in registry old firewall ( Outpost ) that was uninstalled yet. But I can not delete keys in ...SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ADBLOCK.DLL\\0000 and other like this.

Maybe you should get the property (access property) to that key.
Registrar Registry Manager (http://www.resplendence.com/registrar) could do that.

What firewall ?
Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
