win32 trojan-gen. how should i get rid of it completely?

i had win32 trojan-gen in the virus chest and deleted it. is it completely gone off my computer, or do i have to do something else to get rid of it completely?

Basically, the file can do no harm in the Chest, and it's not a good idea to delete it completely.
