Why Upgrade Windows SPs?

sawdust, I just noticed your new signature, and now I'm wondering if you can help me with a new problem?  I noticed you can help most people find the "any" key--I lost mine and can't find it!     Maybe it's this newfangled ergonomic keyboard I have that's split into two separate pieces!

   

I remotely remapped your keyboard.  It's the big one toward the bottom.
