Why are you still running the vulnerable IE6 when IE7 is much more secure and has Tabs so that you do not have to run it multiple times:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9ae91ebe-3385-447c-8a30-081805b2f90b&DisplayLang=en

This entry is suspicious:
O23 - Service: OpcEnum - OPC Foundation - C:\WINDOWS\system32\OpcEnum.exe

Download MBAM then update it then run a Quick scan and let it remove what it detects and a reboot may be required to remove locked files:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Windows SP3 has been available for about 5 months so it should be installed by using IE7's Tools then Windows Update.

Hi enen,

Where is OPCEnum.exe on a computer?

OPCEnum.exe needs to be installed on each computer that has OPC servers that you wish to access remotely.  Most OPC servers install it in \Winnt\System32 and properly register it. The OPC ActiveX Data Control also installs a copy.

If you do not have a copy on your remote machine, you can copy one from your local machine and place it into the \Winnt\System32 directory. After you have done this, open up a dos window and type opcenum.exe /regserver and press enter.  There is no visual feedback of the success of this step, but it is important to do if you are manually installing OPCenum.exe on a machine. When you installed it yourself, consider this information: http://www.file.net/process/opcenum.exe.html to see whether it is legit,
