Starting page short malware affected?

Could this be a sign of malware I only have the documents and my computer plus the other 2 types of stuff. the music , video ... ect folder shortcuts are gone. Could this be malware?

It can, but it is not likely. Follow the instructions on malware removal in my link to see if it is malware or not.
