Yeah, I get that too. ;)
But why is the windows file showing then? I mean, something needs to be wrong if
avast! brings it up? Doesn't have to be a virus?

000.dat Fel 42127 {CAB-filen är korrupt.}, whats that?

It is just a packed (archive) file used for a update by Microsoft, nothing to worry about.
You can safely delete the entire folder or the content in it.
Note they "TEMPORARY"

 C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\

Should I delete it, or should I just let it be? I mean, will it be deleted by itself?
And why did Avast! bring it up? :P

Avast tried to scan it, but couldn't. Hence the saying the .cab file is corrupt.
Just delete it.
If you can't, boot into safe mode and then delete the entire content of that folder.

But can I delete it by just going in to the folder and pressing delete
on my keyboard? Yeah?

Windows says the link cannot be found when I'm copying and
pasting the link to it. How can I delete it with Avast?
Because when it found it, I couldn't choose any options.

By the way, I've used CCleaner. It may have deleted it, or?

I don't think so, unless you have added that folder in your personal preferences in CCleaner
B.T.W. get CleanUp! also (suggestion) it is also free. Run both CCleaner and CleanUp! once a week
Ofcourse configere them to your needs / wishes.

But it's nothing dangerous, so I can let it be for the moment?

Sure, but why would you? Do you keep trash in your house/room or are you removing it?

Hi Pierolle,

You can also use this program to get rid of it, very tweakable: ClearProg. How it works read from here:
http://www.clearprog.de/programme/clearprog/index_new.php?lang=en
download site: http://www.clearprog.de/download.php?id=59&lang=en and unzip
