This did not answer the question of the forums on which the original poster based the impressions, though this may be rather academic.
If this were a widespread problem ... shared (in reality) by many others this forum would be lit up like the proverbial Christmas tree. It is not.
An effort is being made to help this user that multiple posts in different colors and increasing numbers of !!!!!!!!!!!!!! will not help.
The avast folks have expressed a willingness to look at a dump. The user needs to work with the team (with perhaps a little more endeavor) to get the dump delivered.
