CS lite alone is great......no malware or tracking cookies.
Is there a way to copy this list & add to blocked in IE>Tools>Options>Privacy>Sites>Block......or how to import from FF?
Not easily, but it's not necessary. Just use
Spyware Blaster. That's what I do. It's not a real-time scanner and doesn't conflict with any other software. Not only does it update the IE cookies block list, it also populates IE's list of restricted sites and blocks ActiveX from known bad sites, I highly recommend it. Spyware Blaster also adds its own cookie block list to Firefox. It's list has about 230 sites in it, most of which overlap with the CS Lite block list. Go ahead and let Spyware Blaster "Enable All Protection". It coexists with CS Lite perfectly well.
Edit: Corrected url.
